• RJW Consulting, LLC. Vancouver, WA (July 2010 – Present) President, Chief Screencasting Officer, & owner of Software Applications training company. I make the software of my business clients easy to understand and use. Develop technology training screencast videos and provide instructor-led on-site and via Webinar training. • Webucator, Inc. (September 2010 – Present) For Webucator, Inc As one of our Webucator's Contract Instructors, I provide online and onsite training to Webucator's clients, and created professional courseware for two-day webinar Basecamp Online project management system training, on-site Microsoft Office 2010 training, and on-site Techsmith Camtasia Studio training. Functions include development of curriculum, training materials and delivery of training.
• Jive Software, Inc. (March 2010 – August 2010) For Jive Software, as one of our Jive Education Course Instructors, I provide online and onsite training to Jive's enterprise customers, and create professional online courseware including videos and CBT materials. Courses cover end-user training, system administration, and technical development of the Jive SBS solution.
• Fios, Inc. (2007 – January 2010) For Fios, Inc., as Technical Trainer for Fios, Inc., a provider of electronic discovery readiness and response services, I applied my over 10 years teaching experience training Fios' clients on the company's award-winning, hosted review platform, Prevail®, and e-discovery review processes. I developed and delivered client training on company's products and services, including the hosted review platform, Fios Prevail. Developed syllabi and training content for instructor-led training, delivered remotely over the Web and on-site. Developed and produced on-demand training tutorials of recorded and narrated video.
• Western Federal Lands Highway Division [US Dept. of Transportation] (2005– 2007) As training instructor developed and delivered end user training to meet the needs of a wide range of user abilities. Successfully helped current staff (~270) become more productive in the use of the entire suite of Microsoft Office Applications. Vancouver, Washington. Developed and conducted training supporting upgrade from Microsoft Office 2000 to Microsoft Office 2003 Professional Enterprise Edition.
