  • Jive Software, Inc. (March 2010 – Present) For Jive Software, as one of our Jive Education Course Instructors, I provide online and onsite training to Jive's enterprise customers, and create professional online courseware including videos and CBT materials. Courses cover end-user training, system administration, and technical development of the Jive SBS solution.
  • Fios, Inc. (2007 – Present) For Fios, Inc., as Technical Trainer for Fios, Inc., the leading provider of electronic discovery readiness and response services, I apply my nearly 10 years teaching experience training Fios' clients on the company's award-winning, hosted review platform, PrevailŪ, and e-discovery review processes.
  • Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) (2005– 2007) As training instructor in support of WFLHD, developed and delivered end user training to meet the needs of a wide range of user abilities. My objective was to help current staff (~270) become more productive in the use of the entire suite of Microsoft Office Applications. Vancouver, Washington. Developed and conducted training supporting upgrade from Microsoft Office 2000 to Microsoft Office 2003 Professional Enterprise Edition. Contracted position.
